Welcome to the Cataraqui School of Music homepage ! (we are currently under construction) Thanks for dropping by. We very recently got on-line so all we can do is give you the basics for the moment.....

If you are considering music lessons we have one MAJOR piece of advice before you register anywhere. GO AND SEE the locations you are considering and find out about the teachers and programs offered. Also...in most music schools the fees you pay are divided between the teacher and the school itself. It should be very clear how your fee is broken down and you have every right to know what that division is. We do not expect an experienced quality teacher to teach for less than 12.00 per lesson. This is why many of our teachers have been with us for over ten years

Special announcements....

-Regular monthly recitals to allow students a chance to perform publicly (optional).

-Quality performances by our staff and by local professionals.

-Access to our group theory classes (classical and conteporary)

Where are we? 1074 Gardiners Rd ( but our access is easiest from Norris Crt).

We are no longer located at Renaissance Music. Please print the following instructions.... Simply turn on Norris Crt. from Highway 38 (a few hundred yards North of Canadian Tire) and turn right again into the parking lot at the FAR end of the Thousand Island Business Centre (just before the roadside electrical box) Now follow the tree line along the edge of the parking lot and you will see the end of our condo complex. Look for the two second story arch windows and you have found us. Parking around the front of the building
