| Chris is the owner of the sheep and this is one of her favourite jobs. Any
job where she gets to handle the wool is a joy for her. She is "skirting" the
fleece. Going over the entire clip to ensure that any soiled parts are removed before
storing it in a plastic bag.

| The first year that Chris and Alex moved to the farm the sheep were in a greenhouse. It was a bit before shearing time and we got to see the shearing as it happened. While showing people the process Jeffrey commented that the "peeled" ones were in the other pen. |  |
